Your
Rhythm
RITU is a daily ritual inviting you into deeper relationship with your cycle.
Add one bead, every day, and witness your personal rhythm gathering around your wrist:
a physical, living calendar of your own, beautiful, feminine biology.
Simple. Intimate. Grounding. Intentional.
The only requirement is your awareness, and the willingness to offer it to yourself, daily.

When were you first told your cycle is sacred?

A DAILY RITUAL
Designed to last the lifetime of your cycles.
Each day begins with a small gesture: open, choose, add, wear.
Each bead corresponds to a phase of the menstrual cycle. Winter. Spring. Summer. Autumn. Your inner seasons.
Over the days and weeks, RITU fills - shifting in colour, weight, texture, and shine as you move through each season.
At the end of the cycle, the beads are returned to the box, and, just like you, RITU is ready to begin, again.
RITU exists to make your rhythm visible.
Not clinically.
Somatically.
Not as information.
As relationship.

ऋतु
Ritu
from Sanskrit,
Season, or sacred time.
In the Vedic tradition, Ritu describes the cyclical harmony between cosmic, natural, and biological rhythms. It is linguistically rooted in Ṛta - the principle of divine order that sustains the universe itself.
We chose this name deliberately. Becasuse what RITU offers is not a new system, but a return to an ancient one: the understanding that a woman's cycle is not an inconvenience to be managed, but a rhythm to be honoured.

Your rhythm, your way
Each RITU set contains four bead types corresponding to the four internal seasons.
Two palettes are available.
Pearl anchors both palettes. Across cultures and centuries, it has symbolised vitality, intuition, and transformation.

Palette I, Vitality:
Ruby for Winter,
Clear Quartz for Spring,
Pearl for Summer,
Rose Quartz for Autumn.
Palette II, Luminosity:
Rose Quartz for Winter,
Moonstone for Spring,
Pearl for Summer,
Amethyst for Autumn.

We have enough technologies for tracking the female body.
What we lack are ways to honour it.
The 'femtech' industry has built an extraordinarily sophisticated architecture of surveillance - and called it empowerment. Rings that measure basal temperature. Apps that predict ovulation to the hour. Subscriptions that deliver monthly data reports on your own biology. All of it optimising, predicting, managing.
None of it asking: how does this feel?
Your menstrual cycle is a living, intelligent, seasonal rhythm older than any technology. It does not need an algorithm to make it legible. It needs your attention. Your presence. Your hands.

WHO IT IS FOR
RITU is for women who feel that their bodies move in rhythms modern life rarely makes space for.
For those exhausted by apps that quantify everything yet deepen disconnection.
For those relearning their bodies after years of hormonal suppression.
For those who already journal, track, reflect, and notice patterns - but want something tactile rather than digital.
For daughters approaching their first bleed.
For mothers.
For sisters.
For partners who want to understand more deeply.
For women who suspect there is an older, calmer, wiser relationship with the body waiting underneath the noise.

While RITU can maintain its appearance of being simply a beautiful bracelet, if you choose, one of the quietest transformations RITU enables is relational.
When the people closest to you understand where you are in your cycle, friction often softens. Your winter is no longer interpreted as withdrawal. Your autumn is no longer mistaken for irrationality. You are simply in a season. And seasons are something human beings understand instinctively.
A partner who knows it is your winter may ask less and offer more. A household that moves with your rhythm rather than against it, becomes gentler by design.
RITU on the wrist becomes a signal without explanation: this is where I am today. No performance of wellness. No long conversation. Just the intimacy of being understood.
RITU's meaning is yours to keep - or share.
What if my cycle is irregular? RITU was designed for real bodies, not textbook averages. If your cycle is shorter, you use fewer beads. If it is longer, the bangle accommodates additional days. If your phases shift unpredictably, you mark them according to lived experience rather than algorithmic prediction. RITU reflects your actual cycle. Not an average of everyone else's.
What if I miss a day? Then you miss a day. Add the bead when you remember and continue. There is no streak to maintain. RITU is not measuring compliance. It is cultivating awareness.
Is this anti-science or anti-medicine? No. RITU complements clinical care. It is a somatic awareness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose conditions, replace fertility tracking, or substitute professional healthcare. Is RITU a contraceptive method? No. RITU should not be used as contraception.
